Is there a free trial?
Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to every feature in your chosen tier.
What happens after the trial?
We'll send you a reminder before your trial ends. If you choose to continue, you enter your payment details and your subscription starts. No automatic charges without your confirmation.
How many users are included on each plan?
Starter: up to 3 users (£199/month). Professional: up to 10 users (£499/month). Professional Plus: up to 20 users (£799/month), with additional users at £60/user/month. Enterprise: unlimited users, custom pricing. All plans are flat-rate — no per-seat charges within the included user count.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — pay annually and save 10% across your base plan and any active Vectors. Annual and multi-year contracts include a price guarantee: your rate is locked for the full contract period. We do not increase prices mid-contract.
Is the KYC/AML Vector really separate?
Yes. The Professional plan includes the KYC compliance module interface, but the third-party verification services (Onfido identity checks, ComplyAdvantage sanctions screening) are billed via the KYC Vector (£99/mo for standard, £149/mo for Enhanced Due Diligence covering up to 50 checks/month).
Can Vectors be trialled?
Yes — each Vector includes a 7-day free trial when activated for the first time. You can activate and cancel from Settings → Billing at any time.
Do I save money by taking multiple Vectors?
Yes — any two or more active Vectors attract a 15% bundle discount. Enterprise includes all Vectors at no extra cost.
Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
Where is my data stored?
UK firms’ data — documents and AI processing — is stored in the UK on Microsoft Azure. Firms based in the EU are hosted in the EU. There are no US transfers, and we never process your data to train AI models. This is set out in writing in our DPA.
